Camping Coogherveld is a family campsite in De Koog.

The campsite is close to the beach, borders a beautiful forest and dune area and is centrally located on the beautiful island of Texel. The seaside resort of De Koog is only 200 metres from our campsite.

We rent out attractive chalets and luxuriously furnished lodges, which are suitable for 4 or 5 people. Would you rather go on holiday with your own camping equipment? That is also possible with us. The camping pitches are suitable for a camper, touring caravan, trailer tent or a tent with a length of 8 metres.

Full of fun excursions

Texel can be reached from Den Helder and is a perfect holiday destination, especially for cycling and walking enthusiasts. Texel offers a variety of landscapes and is approximately 20 kilometres long and 8 kilometres wide. A large part of the island belongs to the National Park Dunes of Texel. The wealth of birds and animals makes Texel a unique place to relax.

At a beach pavilion or restaurant you can enjoy culinary delights of local products such as various types of Texel beer, wine, lamb, fish and cheeses.
Probably not enough time to want to experience, discover and experience everything.
